The GDO anchor system was especially designed for use in hard or frozen ground where there is no place to secure your dog. Simply hammer the the stakes flush to the ground 6 inches apart. The stakes are made of titanium and will not bend and are designed to be able to be easily removed, due to the fact ice does not stick to titanium. The paracord is rated well over 500 pounds and will secure a 100 pound plus dog with no problem.
Disclaimer: The anchor will not work in muddy or extremely soft soil conditions.. In soft ground use a screw down anchor found in most pet stores
