Our UPLAND DEFENDER VEST™ is designed to not only protect upland dogs from some of the toughest and harshest natural brush and thickets, it is specifically designed to protect them from the most common man made object that injures bird dogs, barded wire. Built with 600D Cordura RIP STOP™ fabric and reinforced on the chest/under belly and top of the back with wire mesh KEVLAR™, it will protect the most vital parts of a dog from lacerations and deadly puncture wounds/impalements while preventing overheating with overly thick material. The vest is designed to be adjustable around the neck for a tighter, cleaner fit, preventing objects and other foreign debris such as snow from getting into the front of the vest. The vest comes in high visibility blaze orange with reflective stripes down both sides for visibility at night. Another awesome feature is it is designed with two streamlined waterproof pockets on either side, one carrying our BLOOD LOSS KIT™. The second pocket can be used for carrying other items such as small amount of food, skin stapler, lead, etc.

This vest was heavily field tested and tried on multiple breeds of upland dogs including pointers, setters, spaniels and labradors.
